Meet Makgosi Motlolometsi, one of our Shoprite Hustle Entrepreneurs of the Month.

From an early age, Makgosi was interested in hand-made jewellery – and even made this hobby into a hustle in her school years. After obtaining her BCom degree in Human Resources, she decided to rekindle the flames for beadwork.

Her mother was her first customer – and it didn’t take long for orders to start flowing in. Makgosi has never looked back, and now employs two permanent staff members in her motivated team that supplies two shops in Johannesburg. There are no limits to her creativity, as Makgosi Creations represented the Free State at the Torino Fashion Week in Italy!

Her goal is to create more jobs and empower the disabled, youth and women of South Africa. Makgosi, we respect your hustle and the plans you have for the future. Let’s make your business dreams a reality!
